What separates a show like Hanayamata is – it’s made by Madhouse, and there’s no fan service at all.īut none the less – the series is about a bunch of girls who get together in high school, and perform a Japanese dance called Yasekoi. Hanayamata is one of those anime we call “cue girls doing cute things.” – similar to shows like Love Live.
